An Excellent Experience!

My room was large and had everything needed for a great stay. The bedroom and restaurant featured fantastic views, and the decor was excellent! Dinner and breakfast were lovely with a great menu and fantastic food. The hotel provided parking on site, a huge plus, offering easy access and direct entry onto the riverbank for walking.
The media hub presented a slight issue. I didn't have access to streaming services on the TV without an HDMI cable. The sound system wouldn't play throughout the room. Thus, taking a bath with music proved impossible. It seemed somewhat inconvenient.

The location right on the thames was great! uber boats provided easy city access. the restaurant impressed me. I highly recommend the veg biryani. the team, from check-in to housekeeping, was friendly and helpful. everyone smiled and seemed ready to assist me, i really felt welcomed.

I appreciated the hotel's location near transportation options. The breakfast offered fresh fruit, and eggs could be cooked to order. The restaurant had a lovely view of the river.
The hotel looked unappealing from the outside with messy apartments above. This gave a bad FIRST impression. The bathroom cleanliness was lacking around the shower screen. The duvet felt cheap and not very comfortable.
